Nestled in Placer County, this charming city is full of history, community, wineries and family life. It also is a direct neighbor to Newcastle, Penryn , Loomis, and other desirable places to live.

This sprawling rural city is very popular for it's acreage, farms, wineries and the Del Oro school district.

Established more than 50 years ago, Citrus Heights has many different types of homes to offer in very well developed neighborhoods.  Perfect for first time buyers, the price points are generally affordable.

Plumas Lake, CA

Located about 30 miles outside of Sacramento this is a diamond waiting for it's time to shine! Beautiful homes, built mostly in early 2000 with affordable pricing.  Check this one out as it is set to grow up into itself!
